OLD BUSINESS

DELIVERY OF EASTER GOODIES Natalie E and Celinda dropped off goodies to both the North and South Station. Thank you to everyone that contributed.

SPOUSES DAY April 19th picnic at Maverick county lake, 22 families signed in /attended. It was a success, the children enjoyed the activities. Leftover food was divided and sent to both the North and South stations by: Ashlie D and Celinda L

EOD Ashlie attended May 1st EOD, 24 will be going to south station.

LEADERSHIP RETREAT Jen R attended retreat, they have 25 people in this years class


NEW BUSINESS

WEB ADMINISTRATOR Members voted on having Rachel H as our Web Administrator (Done by vote)

WELCOME COMMITTEE Members include: Jen R, Katie B, Rachel H and Ashlie D (They will all work together to provide reliable information to new agents.)

FACEBOOK Voted on having a page. Ashlie will be the one updating information with the help of the welcome committee if needed.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION Members decided that we should gather information on what needs to be done and the cost associated with making the group a non profit organization. Veronica and Jen will look into this and get back to us next meeting.

LOGO Members voted on having an official logo (the one on the green shirts)

MOTHER’S DAY TREATS Natalie and Jen will put together candy bags to drop off at the stations for agents that are mothers
Passed sign up sheet if someone wanted to donate something.

WELFARE AND REC DONATIONS Members decided that it would be a good idea to ask welfare and rec for donations such as caps, mugs, key chains, etc. These items would be raffled at meeting to anyone that buys a ticket.
Celinda will find out who is in charge of welfare and rec at the South station and ask for donation.
Natalie will do the same for the North Station.

SPOUSES ACADEMY We will ask if a Spouses Academy can be set up for some time in the Fall, maybe September or October. Information is given regarding the insurance, TSP, different departments within B.P. like boats and SRT.

FORMING TEAMS Asked members if they would be interested in joining or forming teams like a bowling team, book club, softball, and box tops. Members do want to form teams, Jen will gather information or contact her if you would like to join.

FUNDRAISER Members decided on having a yard sale the date might be at the end of the month, depending on how much stuff we gather. If you have things that you would like to donate for the yard sale please contact Jen Reina.

BIRTHDAYS/BIRTHS Members decided by voting that yes we should do something for our members when they give birth or on birthdays. Some people suggested a card, others a box of pampers (the amount for this has not yet been decided) Rose gave birth to a pretty 10lbs baby and Anilu is scheduled to have her baby Thursday. (She had an 8lb. pretty little girl)

MIXER MAY 19TH The Chamber will have a mixer for new agents on May 19th at the Mall from 5:30 to 7:00. The location is next to Agaci. As per the chamber only 4 people are being invited, so if you would like to attend please notify Celinda. The Chamber has indicated that this event has a limited amount of people that can attend. City leaders will be present along with local business people.

EARTH FEST This will be a 2 day event May 23rd and 24th for more information please log in to the blogspot.

BRACKETTVILLE BASH It is scheduled for May 9th in Bracketville if anyone would like to attend. ( If anyone has photos from the bash and would like to share please forward them to Natalie E
